Tankhouse Optimization

METTOP's work comprises investigations regarding productivity and capacity increase (e.g., application of METTOP-BRX-Technology and plate measurement), as well as evaluations of current efficiency and cathode quality. This enables the influence of different parameters to be evaluated as well as the determining factors during tankhouse operations to be identified and controlled.

We use innovative approaches to improve on conventional standard solutions and introduce new, advanced technologies to achieve optimum solutions for the individual tankhouse operations.

 

Furthermore, our long-standing experience regarding the analyses and interpretation of cathode, anode, and anode slime samples enables a deeper insight into the processes and a thorough understanding of the influence of the various process parameters. Understanding the interdependencies between input, output, and the multiple process parameters is essential for plant optimization.
